GS Global Resources, Inc. Training Payment Policy

• A full refund will be issued when cancellation is received 3 weeks prior to class. No refund will be issued within 3 weeks of class but a replacement from your company will be allowed.
• If you are unable to attend after having registered, you may send someone else from your company in your place (please contact Erin Ochnikowski - GS Global Resources with name of the replacement)
• Cancellation of travel and hotel reservations is the responsibility of the registrant
