Standard Series (DIN 3015-1), Part 1 Clamps
Economical, Quick, Easy and Secure Pipe, Tube, Hose, and Cable Installation, For Outside Diameters: 6 – 102 mm.
The original block clamps according to German Industry Standard DIN 3015 (Part 1), designed as a construction kit for the installation of pipes, tubes, hoses, cables and other flexible or rigid components with the most common metric and imperial outside diameters from 6 mm to 102 mm / .24 inch to 4.02 inch.
Clamp bodies manufactured from various thermoplastics, thermoplastic elastomers or aluminum – also with shock-absorbing and noise-reducing elastomer inserts. Excellent UV, weathering and chemical resistance – even under extreme conditions. Tested and approved by several independent certification organizations.
In almost all industrial countries, these clamps symbolize quick and easy pipe, tube, hose and cable installations as well as a clean distinct pipe layout. Their vibration and noise reducing features are appreciated as being an important contribution to environmental protection and occupational health and safety. These clamps have been successfully tested and approved by several international organizations. Apart from the technical sophistication, the global availability with branches and distributors in all industrial countries and the second-to-none delivery are only some of the main reasons to pick these clamps for your application.
Installation of Pipes, Tubes, and Components
- Clamp bodies with profiled inside surface and tension clearance
- To be used as fixed point clamp preventing the line from sliding
- The clearance between the clamp halves provides tension of the tube or pipe
- Vibration/noise reducing and impact absorbing effect towards the direction of the line provided by the grooves on the inside

Installation of Hoses and Cables
- Clamp bodies with smooth inside surface without tension clearance
- Smooth inside surface and chamfered edges avoid damaging of the hose or cable
- To be used as a guide allowing the line to slide
- Choose the internal diameter of the clamp body slightly smaller than the outside diameter of the hose or cable to use it as fixed point clamp preventing the line from sliding

Installation of Pipes, Tubes, and Cables
- Clamp bodies with individual elastomer inserts
- Vibration/noise reducing installation of pipes and tubes
- Most effective reduction of vibration and noise
- Extra-gentle installation of hoses or cables

Installation of Hoses
- Only one clamp body required for two different hose diameters
- Rotate upper clamp half by 180° in order to reduce the diameter
- Available for 3 different diameter combinations of standard hoses and compact hoses

Installation of Proximity Switches
- Installation of proximity switches according to DIN EN 60947-5-2 or similar (rectangular construction)
- Recommended to be used with Hexagon Rail Nut SM and Mounting Rail TS to provide axial and horizontal position adjustment

Installation of Cables
- Recommended for the installation of electric cables with diameters between 20 mm and 50 mm / .79 inch and 1.97 inch
- Recommended to be used with Hexagon Head Bolts AS and Cover Plate DP, Socket Cap Screw IS or Slotted Head Screw LI
- For varying cable diameters, only the bolt lengths need to be varied
