CreepDrive
Two Independent Transmissions in One Vehicle
- Low and constant working speed.
- Vehicles equipped with CreepDrive features two independent transmissions; the standard mechanical one and a hydrostatic one.
- The mechanical transmission is used for traveling on the road, while the hydraulic is used for working at a low and constant speed.
- Shifting from one to the other is done by activating a switch.
Motor: Compact and lightweight, can easily be inserted into transmission shafts.
Exchange Valve: Used to deflect a part of the oil to the cooling system.
Piloting Valve: Pilots the speeds change (automatic shifting managed by ECU – SmartDrive)
Variable Pump: Powered by the ending or the gearbox PTO, the pump generates and provides hydraulic power to the motor.
Software: The ECU manages communication and additional functions
Features and Benefits:
- Independent of engine speed
- Easy integration
- Lower maintenance costs
- CreepDrive box: Remote Control
