IQAN University: Accessibility of Adjust and Measure Groups

Within IQAN by Parker Hannifin, adjust groups allow programmers to organize machine functions that can be modified by the operator, technician, or other user while the machine is being operated or during initial setup. A beneficial feature of adjust groups is the ability to limit the accessibility or visibility of different groups to the appropriate users.

In this episode of IQAN University, we look at how you can completely limit an adjust group so that it is only accessible through IQAN Run by using access levels, which can allow those users to either view, manage, or reset the group. Another option, if you want a user to be able to more easily access an adjust group directly on the display, is to use a PIN code.
