IQAN University: Parker’s G12 Modem Conversion

Are you interested in updating the existing Parker Hannifin G11 Modem on your machine with the newly released G12 Module? The good news is that doing so will not immediately require any new programming or engineering time. As the video below shows, after disconnecting the G11, all you need to do is remove it and swap it for a G12, and connect that to the machine. After doing this, machine communication and control will continue as it had.

However, if you want to utilize any of the new connection and monitoring tools available with the G12, you will need to update you program in IQAN Design to version 6.08 or higher.
