Our Production Supervisor, Kurt, has been with GSGR for 22 years and has seen the company evolve from its early days of primarily distribution, to the large and expanding production operation we have today. He says that extensive cross training, mentorship programs, and a strong sense of ownership from everyone on the production floor is what sets us a part from other manufacturing operations in the industry.
