Mining Wheel Loader Cab with Seamlessly Integrated Electrical Harnessing, Efficient HVAC System, Industry Leading Controls & Safety Features

Efficiency is key for OEMs in all industries. In order to free up valuable machine real estate and implement a more efficient and effective HVAC system, GSGR engineers took the electrical wiring for this cab from a standalone stainless steel box and seamlessly integrated it into the rear of the cab itself. This not only freed up that machine space for other components, but eliminated interconnecting cables and wiring between the box and the cab. In doing this, they also moved the HVAC system to the front of the cab, placing it closer to the operator and eliminating the need for external ductwork, also reducing environmental impact on the cab’s temperature. Finally, this new design featured industry leading controls and safety features, improving operator experience and functionality, as well as giving the machine an updated look.
