Optimizing Hydraulic Testing Efficiency & Capabilities

Our custom hydraulics are designed to provide concise control and improved fuel efficiency to mobile equipment. Our engineers design, fully test, and seamlessly integrate these solutions for OEMs. We are currently expanding our Wisconsin headquarters from 115,000 to 190,000 square feet, nearly doubling our production capacity. Luke Richardson, one of our Engineering Team Leads, says we are also using this as an opportunity to improve our hydraulic test procedures and are updating all four of our large hydraulic test stands. Aside from general updates to the hydraulic components on the stands, we are incorporating IQAN software and telematics tools, that support preventative maintenance on the stands themselves.

In addition to those technical updates, we are increasing the test stand size by adding wings to each end, allowing technicians to stage multiple solutions at once.
