Navigating Parker’s Mobile IOT Dashboard

Parker’s Mobile IOT service creates a digital link between your machine and a secure, online cloud-based platform. All of this data is presented in a completely configurable, intuitive user dashboard. But how can that data be used to ultimately benefit an OEMs bottom line?

In this video, we walk through the 5 primary capabilities within the dashboard, including the creation of comprehensive reports that help inform operational and other big picture decisions for your business as a whole.

  1. Targeted Custom Alerts: Custom alerts can be targeted to the appropriate people on your team. Within the dashboard, you can determine what signals require an alert and when they should be triggered. But even more importantly, you can set each alert to go to only the people that it applies to, and determine what format, like email or text. You can also see all of the instances of an alert having been sent within the dashboard.
  2. Real Time Component Status: You can check real time machine component status within the dashboard for anything that is connected through the gateway. This information can be displayed in a variety of ways, including gauges, on/off symbols, or just a listed datapoint.
  3. Machine Health: You can get a complete view of the overall health of the machine. On top of the component status data, you can also see how much time is left until the machine needs to be serviced
  4. Functional Work History: The machine’s functional work history can be shown, for example total work and total idle hours for a certain period of time or similar data for machine-specific functions.
  5. Data Utilization: All data and information recorded in the dashboard can be used to inform operational and other business decisions. Using AI, the platform will generate a variety of different reports that will help you determine whether certain operators may require more training, whether a smaller, lower capacity machine may be appropriate for a certain situation, or see if there has been a pattern of machine issues that need to be addressed.
