“GS has had significant growth in the last few years and we’ve outgrown our facility so it’s time to expand.”

GS Global Resources has been a leading engineered solutions provider for OEMs for over four decades and the company moved to Mukwonago in 2016. We have seen significant growth since then and began a major expansion of our headquarters this year to accommodate that growth. The GSGR headquarters is growing from 115,000 to 190,000 square feet with the expansion and our VP of Operations, Tom Nicholson says this is not only allowing us to re-consolidate our booming cab production, which has been in a separate building down the road for the past few years, but to also rethink how we build, our product flow, and evaluate all workspaces for optimal productivity.

“We do things efficiently here and that’s how we’re able to continue to grow the way we have,” Nicholson says.

Not only is this expansion allowing us to better serve current and future customers, but we are also adding a number of features and spaces for our employees, including a dedicated workout facility to support our COR Wellness program, an expanded outdoor patio space, and multiple breakout spaces to encourage employee collaboration.
