GS Global Resources Named Top Workplace of 2024

GS Global Resources has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2024 honor by The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. VP of Operations, Tom Nicholson says that creating a positive culture is a challenge, but the GSGR management team always aims to build a positive atmosphere where employees feel seen and heard.

“I think the thing that employees appreciate most about GS is that we genuinely care about them, their health, and their families.  We back that up with programs that support employee wellness, a culture of respect, opportunity to grow and healthy work/life balance.  We make sure the GS is a fun and an enjoyable place to be.  We work hard and we play hard.”

GSGR offers a number of workplace benefits, including employee appreciation events, teambuilding opportunities, and an onsite wellness program. Through COR Wellness, employees are able to see a chiropractor or wellness coach during work hours to support overall employee health.

“The Top Workplace award confirms we are on the right track, but we don’t do this for the recognition,” Nicholson says. “We do this because it is the right thing to do.   A company is only as good as its people, and we have a building full of happy, healthy, and engaged employees.”
