Rapid Brake System Prototyping with GS Global Resources & Poclain Hydraulics

Speed-to-market is a difficult goal for OEMs given the current dynamic supply chain, but it is our goal at GS Global Resources to help heavy equipment manufacturers improve their machines or realize new equipment initiatives about as quickly as possible. We’ve partnered with Poclain Hydraulics to create a variable build program with which we can marry a variety of brake valves with different actuators to get the look & functionality you need for your machine.

This sort of build program allows us to quickly prototype a new machine, or a replacement to integrate into your existing machine, with a combination of different adjustable brake valves and actuators, including floor pedals, wall pedals, and levers. Poclain’s VB3 -010, VB3 – 020, or the VB3 – 002 brake valves all have an adjustable pressure setting. This allows us to adjust to differing brake requirements faster with this selected number of pressure ranges (see tables below).

Our sales and engineering teams will work with OEMs to find out the specific pressure setting required for your machine, what kind of ergonomic factors to consider for your operators, and pair the correct brake valve at your specific pressure setting with the right actuator to create the right solution for your machine. can adjust to various customer needs faster with a selected number of pressure ranges.
